With enough signatures, the TNM can force the TEXIT question on the primary ballot in Spring 2024. By law, to get the TEXIT question on the Republican primary ballot in 2024, we must collect and submit 97,709 valid signatures of registered Texas voters.

The form below meets all the legal requirements and obligations specified in the Texas Election Code for a valid petition.

EXPLANATION: Although it may sound confusing, the wording of this statement is required by law. Signing this petition means you're choosing to participate only in the Republican Party's primaries for that election year, but when the final election comes around, your options are open to candidates from all parties.

I know that the purpose of this petition is to place a referendum on the 2024 general primary ballot for the REPUBLICAN PARTY that states:

‘The State of Texas should reassert its status as an independent nation. FOR OR AGAINST’
